Viacom sued Google and its YouTube unit, claiming the popular video-sharing siteengages in "massive intentional copyright infringement." The suit seeks morethan $1 billion in damages, as well as an injunction. Viacom claims there arenearly 160,000 unauthorized Viacom clips on YouTube and said settlement talkswith Google have been "unproductive."
